According to the characteristics of the sponge, it can be divided into 3 categories, cutting sponge, styling sponge, and recycled sponge.
Cutting sponge refers to a sponge that has been cut and pasted into a specific shape, with a density of 32-35kg/m3.
Mould sponge, mold-opening to produce shaped high-quality sponge, PU foamed shape, soft to the touch, smooth surface, density above 60-85kg/m3, average density around 65kg/m3.
Recycled sponge is made by recycling waste cotton, industrial scraps and corporate fabric and yarn ends.

1. The formaldehyde content of the seat sponge should be less than or equal to 0.120mg/㎡h;
2. No obvious pungent odor, odor measurement ≤ grade 3;
3. Sponge TVOC release should be ≤ 0.5mg/㎡h;
4. Comply with 10 environmental protection requirements of ROHS;
5. The flame retardant performance is divided into American standard TB117, national standard fire protection and British standard BS 5852 fire protection according to customer requirements.
