In the eyes of young people, tea'stone is not only pure Chinese tea, but also a new lifestyle symbol integrated into culture. The Innovation Center is another response to Tea'Stone's spirit of innovation in the name of office space outside of the tea aesthetic store space. It is not only a functional space, but also a brand that regards innovation as life, understanding and thinking about tradition, present and future. Walk into this space and you'll understand what underpins tea'stone's excellence.
The renovation of the old factory building is to preserve the history on the one hand, and to transform the history on the other. Puyue design preserves the original building structure to the greatest extent, which is a retrospective and respect for history. The renovation of the roof opens part of the skylight, and the natural light introduced outlines the geometric rhythmic lines of the steel structure of the roof beams. Light and shadow change over time, like a special experience of those uncertainties when facing the future. The R&D bar is located in the center of the first floor, directly below the hollow steel beam skeleton, and is also the functional core of the entire innovation center, which is not only the origin of tea'stone's contemporary tea life aesthetics, but also the expression of R&D and innovation functions. When the sun shines or the lights come on, you feel like you're in the center of the stage.
Puyue design embeds the staircase in the form of a spatial installation. A group is placed behind the round-shaped bar, and the aroma of tea rises along the stairs; The other group is placed to the right of the entrance on the first floor, providing efficient spatial circulation. The two sets of stairs echo each other with the R&D bar counter, forming a visual whole. Through a large area of white space, the interior advocates a free and relaxed way of communication, and produces a dialogue with the warm wood color, warm and inclusive. The balcony, like the embrace of nature, relieves stress and inspires a steady stream of inspiration.
The beauty of space lies in the spirit. Puyue Design specializes in architectural techniques to construct spatial forms. In the design of this project, the old façade of the old factory building is stripped away to the maximum, so that the building returns to its original and presents a pure sense of space and structural beauty. And in the form of installation, several necessary functional bodies are embedded, so that the spirit of the place of freedom and dialogue can be naturally formed.
Nourished by time, there is a low-density and high-natural environment around the old factory building, and Puyue Design fully considers the relationship between the building and the site landscape into the design elements. This is the will that design gives space – free communication, unlimited dialogue, and creativity to thrive.
